The Enrollment Process

St. Mel Catholic School is accepting applications for the upcoming school year as well as throughout the year with review and acceptance depending on current enrollment.

Enrollment is considered finalized once all required steps to the admissions process have been completed and documentation has been received. 

The Enrollment Process 

Step 1: Complete and submit our online Inquiry Form to get the process started. Please make sure to choose the correct school year you are inquiring about.

Step 2: Schedule a campus tour with our Admissions Team

Email admissions@stmelschool.org to schedule a date and time to visit our campus, meet our Admissions Team, and see all that St. Mel School has to offer!

Step 3: After completing steps 1 & 2 and confirming admissions, the family will receive a link to the Online Application Form and the Enrollment Packet, along with the link to create your family’s FACTS Tuition Management account. (Please note there is a $25.00 Application fee and $450.00 Registration Fee applied at the time of submission)

Step 4: Submit all required paperwork by uploading them during the enrollment packet process, bringing all copies to the front office, or emailing documents to admissions@stmelschool.org

  • Official Birth Certificate
  • Copy of last Report Card (for grades 1-8)
  • Immunization Records
  • Baptismal Certificate (If Applicable)
