“Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up,” Pablo Picasso. Children lack fear when creating art, it is inspiring to witness. I am excited to start my 3rd year teaching art for 4th-8th grades. While my bachelor’s degree is in marketing, my experience ranges from marketing research to project planning and office management. After our son was born, I took a step back from my career to focus on my family. When I am not teaching, you can find me volunteering at St. Mel’s, experimenting with new bakes, cooking new dishes, doing yoga or spending time with my family which includes our two dogs.
